Everything was perfect, we spent here 4 lovely nights. Amazing location in the heart of the village, really enjoyed it. More than that, it was not far from Porlock, the centre of the village and Lynmouth.

We had a such wonderful stay in Porlock really close to Porlock in the future, Minehead and Lynmouth and Porlock village centre. We've had apartment with shower. The whole vibe was quiet! It was particularly good and fab in the heart of the village.

lowerbourne house studio was the perfect base for exploring porlock. the location was ideal, with plenty of options for eating out and easy access to beautiful walking areas. the owner's homemade cake was a delicious and thoughtful touch. the studio was comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed for a self-catering stay. highly recommended!

We had a fantastic stay at this lovely, cosy studio in a great location for exploring the area. It had everything we needed and was spotlessly clean. the check-in process was quick and friendly. the small garden area was a nice touch, and we appreciated the delicious cake and fresh milk provided. Great location in the town center. Clean, well-equipped studio with a box for walking boots. Homemade brownies and delicious cake provided. Excellent communication and helpful host. Would definitely stay again.
